4. Payment and Automatic Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of the initial subscription period (including trial period) according to the payment plan subscriber selected and authorized at the time of purchase. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

During the first 30-days of a subscription (including Trials), subscribers may cancel their subscriptions and receive a full refund. This guarantee is available only once per individual. Subsequent to the first 30 days of your trial subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds or credits issued after the first 30 days of service. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and use of the Service at any time for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement of these Terms of Service.

6. Ownership of Materials

9a. Information PRN gathers and tracks

PRN uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. 9d. Pro Re Nata, Inc. - Surveys

Occasionally PRN conducts user surveys to better target our content to our audiences. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

Our online surveys ask visitors for financial information (like their household income and overall size of their investment portfolio) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.

9e. PRN - Cookies

PRN creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for advertisers and partners. This allows our advertisers to advertise more effectively, and allows our users to receive advertisements that are pertinent to their needs. Because PRN doesn't track the usage patterns of individual users, an advertiser will never know that a specific user clicked their ad.

This includes being permanently removed from our list of active subscribers, as well as being placed on a "Do Not Mail" list to ensure that you do not receive further communications from PRN.
